Cancellations

1. All 30% deposits are non refundable.

2. In the case that you paid the full amount of the invoice upon booking, we will refund 70% of the payment should you cancel your booking (cancellation must be made 14 days prior to event).

 

Damage & Loss

The hirer shall be responsible for any loss or damage to
any of the equipment that was made during the hiring period. This includes from delivery of the Equipment until collection of the Equipment
by Optimum Event Hire. The Hirer agrees to pay full replacement costs for any
Equipment lost or considered by the Owner as being irreparably damaged.
Such payment shall be made by the Hirer within seven (7) days of such loss
or damage coming to the attention of the Owner.
